Ingredients: Granulated Sugar, Sunflower Oil, Coconut Oil, Palm Oil, Safflower Oil, Glycerin, Water, Sodium Hydroxide, Sorbitol, Propylene Glycol, Sorbitan Oleate, Oat Protein, Mica, Fragrance oil 

To use: Warm the cube in water and then break it apart in your hands. Apply to damp skin. The cube will lather, scrub, and moisturize all at once. Store in a cool dry place to avoid premature melting.
